Just got a fabulous skirt from Nomads Clothing - its a free size with a drawstring waist (although I don't think it would fit more than a 14 maybe 16. Just beautiful. Nomads' clothes are streetwear, ethnic, hippy, gothic, festival. Some great long skirts too if you can't go the full maxidress hog.
